Manage Your Profile

Your profile settings allow you to manage your personal account information and access key security-related features in Devici.

From your profile, you can update personal details, manage authentication settings, and access platform integrations tied to your user account.

Accessing Your Profile

To access your profile:

  1. Select your profile image (or initials) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Open My Profile.

All profile-related settings are managed from this page.

Updating Profile Information

From the My Profile page, you can update the following details.

Profile Image

To add or update your profile image:

  • Select the circle containing your initials at the top of the profile page
  • Upload a new image

Name

You can update your personal information by editing:

  • First name
  • Last name

Changes are saved immediately and reflected across the platform.

Email Address

To change the email address associated with your account:

  1. Enter the new email address.
  2. Confirm the change by entering the verification code sent to the new email address.

Note
Email changes are not completed until verification is successful.

Password

To change your password:

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter and confirm your new password.
  3. Save the changes.

Your current password is required to complete this update.

Security and Access Controls

Additional security and access-related controls are available from your profile.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

From your profile, you can:

  • Reconnect your MFA application
  • Manage MFA authentication settings

API Access

Your profile provides access to Devici’s API-related features, including API token management (if available for your subscription tier).

SAML and Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SAML-based single sign-on:

  • SAML configuration and access options are available from your profile
  • Availability depends on your role and organization settings

Best Practices

  • Keep your profile information up to date
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable MFA whenever possible
  • Review profile security settings regularly
